SHIPPING POLICY
All orders received by 2:00PM New York time usually ships on the next business day Monday thru Friday not including Holidays.
The Following dates are shipping holidays for 2007. No orders can be shipped on these dates.

STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD
KeepItIntimate.com uses the United States Postal Service Priority Mail as the standard shipping method. We are unable to accept shipping to address other then your billing address without prior approval (Usually you must have a registered account and a history of previous orders.) All 50 United States will receive a delivery confirmation number via e-mail once orders are shipped provided that a valid e-mail address is given during checkout. Orders will be received within an average of 2-3 business days from the ship date. Orders may also be received on Saturday depending on the hours of operation of your local Post Office. Please note that while USPS 2-3 Day Priority is very fast, the delivery time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed delivery time. If you are unable to sign after the attempted deliveries a notice may be left to pick the package up at the post office.

Return/Exchange Policy:
Non- Sales and Sales Items
Non- Sales and Sales Items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer within the United States to you. The estimated processing time on these items is 1 to 3 business days, the time for delivery is about the same as our in stock items however we can not guarantee that the items are in stock at the manufacturer and we may be forced to issue you a full refund if this occurs. Also you have a 24hour time from when you receive the item to notify us of defects. For refunds on defective products all items must be unworn, and in original packaging to receive a refund. If a refund is issued you will have a $5 surcharge for the return item. All other Return/Refund policies apply except those specified above. Thank you.
RETURN POLICY:
Full merchandise refunds excluding shipping charges ($4.60 to $7.86), can only be issued on items that are manufacturer defects. Refunds may be issued on unopened merchandise on a case by case basis but must receive prior approval and an RMA # from us, and be postmarked back to us within 14 business days of receiving the items. All returned merchandise must be unmarked with original tags attached and packaging Included. Hosiery may not be returned if packaging has been opened. When returning an Item please include your registered Email address, and Invoice #. If the product is for exchange please give us the Item# of what you would like. Please remember that the models on the packaging may differ from the models on the website. Models also many times have there lingerie tailored to their body. We will not issue a refund because a customer decides they don't like it. If you have a question before your purchase we are happy to answer them to the best of our ability.
· We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
· All returns will receive a refund to the credit card used for the purchase, or store credit.
· We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system.
· Because of the nature of these products we can not offer refunds due to sizing mistakes made by the customer or because they think it doesn't look right before opening the product please ensure that it is the proper size. Read the sizing chart available on our site.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchanges will be granted on all unopened merchandise returns postmarked back to us within 14 days of receiving the items.
* Please include a detailed description of the item you would like us to send including the SKU number, Size, and Color.
* Exchanges will be mailed out the same day we receive the returned merchandise via USPS Priority mail at no additional cost to the customer.
* A 1 time exchange order is allowed per invoice with shipping cost ranging from $4.60 to $7.86 depending on the weight of the item.
Shoe and Boot Return /Exchange:
* We will not accept any return or exchange that has any evidence of wear. Customer will be responsible for return shipping in any case of an ineligible return or exchange.
Mailing your Return/Exchange:
* Please include your name, registered email address,and order number for all returns.
* We recommend that items are returned with insurance and/or tracking to guarantee arrival.
* It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us.

Auctions Return/Exchange Policy additions
All Return and Exchange policies above apply to our Auctions. For all returns on free shipping items a surcharge of $5 to cover the cost of shipping that we had to pay to send your item out will be charged. It is the buyer's responsibility for any charge associated to shipping the item back to us. No refund will be issued prior the item being returned to us.
